The power of Kylie Jenner has never been more apparent since she just lost Snapchat $1billion of their market value after claiming she no longer uses it.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who was formerly crowned the queen of Snapchat with the most followers on the app, made the revelation on Twitter yesterday.

"Sooo doe anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me... ugh this is so sad," she tweeted to over 25 million followers.

The tweet no doubt catapulted plenty of Kylizzle fansinto a state of mourning, but Kylie did swiftly followit up with: "still love you tho snap... my first love."

They say you never forget your first love, and we're definitely not ready to let Snapchat go just yet, stay with us Ky!

Snapchat's new layout has come under fire recently, with over a million people signing a petition to revert the app back to the good old days when we could easily navigate it.

Fear not, Snapchat hears our cries: "We hear you, and appreciate that you took the time to let us know how you feel," they said in a response released on Thursday.

The company explained the update was intended to make it "easier to connect with people you care the most," but revealed a new update will be coming in the next few weeks.

"This new foundation is just the beginning, and we will always listen closely to find new ways to make the service better for everyone... We are grateful for your enthusiasm and creativity. We are very excited for what’s ahead," concluded their response.

Fingers crossed operation 'Get Kylie Back' is well underway over at Snapchat HQ, then the rest will surely follow. We've certainly got a good feeling about the next update!
