The new series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians hasn't even hit our screens yet, but fans and trolls alike are already making their observations based on the trailer.

One sister in particular who has found herself under the magnifying glass is Khloe Kardashian, who looked a little different during the filming of KUWTK series 15.

Koko was pregnant with her's and Tristan Thompson's daughter, True Thompson, the entire way through filming, but it's not her massive bump that fans are pointing out.

Nope, people can't stop noticing her sizeable lips, speculating that she may have had a little lip filler.

But before everyone can start jumping down her throat for undergoing a cosmetic procedurewhile knocked up, Khloe has come out with a simple explanation.

Taking to Instagram stories, the new mum wrote: "PSA I was pregnant during the entire season of KUWTK. Some women get 'pregnancy lips.' I was one of them. So my lips look crazy and massive. Trust me I know and I HATED IT!"

She added: "A lot of wild shit happens to your body and face while pregnant. It's out of our control. Most people don't have to film during an entire pregnancy so just watch the show and be kind about my growing body and lips. Pregnant women should be off limits."

It's no secret that a lot of things get bigger while you're on the magical journey that is pregnancy, and lips are certainly no exception.

Now we can't wait to see Koko's pregnancy lips in action when the series starts on Sunday.
