Justin Bieber's extensive collection of body art has been revealed in new images released by Miami Beach police following his DUI arrest on January 23.

In the pics - which were taken by a Miami police photographer - JB can be seen showing off a number of tattoos, with the snaps recording identifiable marks on the singer's body as he was booked in.

The 20-year old can be seen lifting up his shirt to reveal many inkings, including a Pslam 119:105 Bible quote on his back, as well as a design of Jesus on his leg and a sleeve tatt on his left arm.

The photos have been shared under Florida's open records law and will be followed by further police videos.

Miami-Dade county judge William Altfield approved the release of five clips of Biebs, but said two of the videos - which show the star's genitals when completing a urine test for drugs-will be censored before being made public.

Justin's lawyers apparently tried to fight the judge's decision to release the footage - claiming it breaches the Confident hitmaker's privacy.

However, Judge Altfield ruled: "The court finds that the images of the defendant while in custody at Miami Beach Police Department are relevant to the public's right to know."

He went on to order that parts of the video be edited accordingly, noting: "While the defendant may not enjoy all of the expectations of privacy that he enjoys outside of a jail setting, he still retains his expectation of dignity."

Clips of Bieber doing push-ups and attempting to walk in a straight line as part of a sobriety test have already been released.

Justin has since pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an invalid licence.
