Justin Bieber has made another topless nightclub appearance, showing off a brand new cross tattoo on his chest.

The Biebs - who continues to make headlines for his recent bad behaviour - was snapped shirtless and partying with the likes of Diddy, Rick Ross, Cassie, Jermaine Dupri and Wale in Atlanta, Georgia.

His rumoured girlfriend Chantel Jeffries was also present, with the Confident singer seen sitting with the Miami model during their night out, fuelling rumours that they are an item.

JB and Co joined Diddy as he hosted Deleon Tequila Launch Party at Vanquish Lounge, after posting a snap of himself and the rappers in the studio on Instagram.

According to MTV News US, the gang were apparently putting the finishing touches to Ross' upcoming Mastermind album - with the snap sparking rumours that Bieber could make an appearance on the LP.

Both Diddy and Ross later posted the same pic, so it looks like everyone was having a grand ol' time.

On Wednesday night (February 5), Bieber also spent some time hanging with T-Pain in the studio, where the 19-year old confirmed plans of a collaboration by tweeting: "Good creating with @TPAIN last night. Be creative."
