After finding out he is the father of ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis' baby boy Caben-Albi, Jeremy McConnell has been taking steps to heal the rift and bond with his son.

Theirs was a relationship packed with ups and downs but it looks like things between Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell might finally be on the mend. The 'CBB' stars met and fell for each other whilst on the show but the romance didn't last.

Not long after leaving the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house relations between Jeremy and Steph soured. The pair suffered a very public break-up which was intensified when Stephanie announced she was pregnant.

Jeremy denied he was the father, demanding a paternity test. The results gave him the confirmation he needed to believe he was indeed the father on little Calben-Albi.

Since finding out he's a dad, thetattooed hunk has been trying to smooth things over with Steph and start building a relationship with his son.

This latest development shows how far the exes have come. Jeremy took to Instagram to share a sweet black and white snap of him cradling Caben-Albi with a simple heart emoji caption. Jeremy had called his son, "my new focus" and a rep for Stephanie has said Jeremy and Steph are trying out "co-parenting."
