Jay-Z has spoken more about his upcoming album Blueprint 3 after giving fans a taster at Kanye Wests Glow in the Dark Tour. Beat master Timbaland had suggested that he was going to be the executive producer of the album, a rumour that Jay cleared up after recently appearing on the Shade 45 Morning Show. That was a little premature (on his part), Jay explained. Its business. I gotta make the best product; it doesnt depend on anyones feelings, were in there to do a job. Jigga refused to be drawn into specifics regarding the new album, I have three records, but I dont want to talk about them yet (since) they may not make the album, Jay disclosed. The Brooklyn rapper went on to speak about the reported $150 million partnership between Roc Nation imprint and Live Nation (which begins after his final Def Jam album), after various sources claimed there are already problems between Jay and Live Nation over money. Thats silly, Jay responded. The numbers are public. I just went out on two tours and made a ton of money. I mean, cmon. So when can fans pick up the new album, in typical Jay-Z tight-lipped fashion... I dont even know if it comes out this year, he said. Well see.
