Mark Ronson 'I Want My MTV Ibiza' Review
After a stellar DJ set from The Viewwas then welcomed on stage by Mark and his Business Intl, as the indie rocker belted out Boy George, who was dressed in his trademark top hat, joining Ronson to belt out Culture Club classic,Amy Winehouse, who passed away last week.
He described Amy as "a great friend", paying tribute to her by performing a rocked-up version of their classic tune, The Rumble Strips fame did a great job singing Winehouse's bluesy hit - a hard job by any means - as Amnesia took time to pay homage to one of the UK's brightest stars.
Still remembering Amy, Mark and the gang then played their hit tune, Valerie, as the crowd took on Winehouse's role with the help of Kyle Falconer to belt out the tune - a fantastic tribute to such an prolific performer.
Finishing his set with Bang Bang, Ronson was clearly fired up, almost jumping into the crowd as he bounded around the stage, thrashing his guitar strings with sheer force and throwing his navy suit jacket into the crowd for one lucky person to take home.
With that, Mark and his Business Intl disappeared from the Amnesia stage, as the crowd were left back in the capable hands of Erol Alkan.
Mark Ronson proved he is so much more than just a DJ, and when you party with Ronson and Co, you truly come down with a Bang Bang.
