We've always thought Geordie Shore lass Holly Hagan is a PROPER babe, but in a gorgeous new photoshoot, she's proved herself to be the ULTIMATE worldie.

Holly, who re-released her Body Bible this year, has undergone an amazing body transformation over the past few years, and is ready to hit back at thosewho claim she looked better in the first series of Geordie Shore, compared to the lads and lasses' current party tour (which airsTuesdays at 10pm on MTV).

Responding to some fans' claims, the Geordie babe took to Instagram to say: "I've always been baffled when people say 'you looked better before'. I think NOT.

"I've worked my ass off using @hollysbodybible for too long now for people to say that I look no different or that I looked a lot better before. When I started Geordie Shore my lifestyle was sickening. Fast food and drinking most nights YES it's part of my job and I wouldn't change a thing, but detoxing and getting in shape after filming is what keeps me looking and feeling HEALTHY!"

Explaining more about her weight loss journey, Holly has admitted: "Both my body fat and BMI are much lower than they were five years ago, and I can actually exercise without thinking I might die!

"My weight loss has been gradual, and like any girl I get bigger and smaller,but everything I've learned from my own experience, including my diet plan, is all in my 12 Week Body Bible diet book."
