She finally returned to the house in Geordie Shore: Big Birthday Battle last night (what a BELTA!).

And there's no denying that Newcastle lass Sophie Kasaei, 26, looks worlds apart from the Sophie we saw at the start of series one.

In fact, fans were quick to point out on Twitter that Soph looks 'amazing' these days so we sat down for a chat with Sophie to find out the secrets of her incredible weight loss.

Firstly, Sophie rightly points out that the transformation she's undergone has been gradual and not overnight - it's just that fans haven't seen her on the show for ages.

Charlotte Crosby's BFF says: "The thing is, I haven’t been in the public eye every single second like the other girls have.

"So for two and a half years I haven’t been seen, so now I do look a lot different to what I did.

"Now everyone’s like 'woah, what the hell, Sophie’s had this massive change', when in reality, I haven’t."

She told us that she's blitzed the flab by working out at the gym with her DJ/fitness model boyfriend Joel Corry, 26 (yes - THAT Joel!).

She says: "I’ve lost three stone, my face has changed, I do look different now. I have black hair, I do look different to how I did.

"Obviously my boyfriend, Joel, he’s a bodybuilder, he does competitions and stuff so I do sort of have his diet and I go to the gym with him and try and be as healthy as I can."

However she admits that she feels under pressure to look gorgeous when compared to some of the other girls on the show, including Char and Holly Hagan who have both undergone very public body transformations.

She reveals: "You do feel pressure with all them girls looking gorgeous all the time and yeah, you do you feel like you need to compete."

Well we reckon she looks like a proper WORLDIE!
