There were rumours flying about here, there and everywhere last week thata possible 'Geordie Shore 'wedding was on the horizon after Marnie Simpson posted a picture wearing a ring on her wedding finger.

That was until Marnie brutally squashed these rumours andinformed usthat the picture was mirrored,the ring was on the wrong hand and she was NOT marrying co-star Aaron Chalmers.

Woops. We all felt a little silly then.

Now Marnshas confirmed she's definitely singleand revealed the REAL reason why she's not back togetherwith her co-star Aaron.

Writing in her column for Star mag this week, the 24-year-oldrevealed: "Aaron and I have trust issues which is why we can't be together. I don't think he trusts anyone. I have my issues as well, though.

"We both need to work on ourselves before we can have a relationship. He'll always have a place in my heart, but we need to be single for now."

Fans were hopeful when they saw the pairgetting closer whilst filming for the new series of 'Geordie Shore', and they were even spottedkissing and holding hands.

But for now, it's just a waiting game tofind out exactly what happens withthese two!
