It looks like it's actually happening, friends - Fortnite is finally coming to Nintendo Switch.

While the game hasn't been formally announced on Nintendo's hybrid system, the Korean game ratings board tweeted this morning that the game had been rated suitable for age 12 and up… a sign that plans are afoot to release it soon.

That's not all, though. Another E3 leak broke on the internet last night, too, which listed Fortnite on Switch in a long list of other games expected to be announced at next week's gaming show, adding fuel to the speculation fire. And if that wasn't enough, Eurogamer has heard that the list is legitimate, too.

Given you can already play Fortnite on pretty much everything else, it was only a matter of time before it hit Nintendo's portable system, right? It's already out on Apple devices, and with an Android version slated to arrive soon, it makes perfect sense to bring the smash-hit battle royale game to Nintendo Switch as well.

Meanwhile, did you know that jetpacks have finally arrived in Fortnite? Landing with Fortnite's 4.2 update, the new limited-time legendary accessory can be picked up via treasure chests or through another item new to Fortnite, backpacks. And don't forget that it's newest vehicle - a shopping trolley! - arrived this week, too!
