The first trailer for Will Smith's upcoming heist thriller / comedy drama, Focus, has been released. And it looks like this will be his first box office hit in quite some time.

Smith stars in the film as seasoned con artist Nicky Spurgeon, who reluctantly agrees to teach wannabe Jess Barrett (Margot Robbie) the tricks of the trade - and, of course, falls for her along the way.

Penned and directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa of Crazy, Stupid, Love fame, the film was always destined to be a hit - with big names including Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Ben Affleck and Kristen Stewart previously attached.

But it looks like they've hit the jackpot with Smith and Robbie as, despite the 22 year age gap between them,the pair'spalpable, sizzling hot chemistry puts her flirtation with Leo in The Wolf Of Wall Street to shame.

[related]Rumours of an off-screen affair between the stars surfaced while they were filming Focus last year, but both Smith and Robbie have vehemently denied the gossip.

The actress took to Twitter to flatly refute any inappropriate behaviour between the colleagues, stating: "There's absolutely no truth to the ridiculous rumour in Star mag...

"… It's disappointing that goofing around on set could be taken so out of context."

Focus hits cinemas on 27th February, 2015.
