Ed Sheeran Reveals His ‘Divide’ Tour Is Kicking Off In March During Our Facebook Live Q&A
This afternoon has been great for Ed Sheeran fans everywhere as we went LIVE on Facebook for an exclusive Q&A with the man himself.
During our interview(that you can re-watch the full interview in the video below if you missed it this afternoon) the ‘Castle On The Hill’ hitmaker revealed that his' Divide'tour is kicking off as soon as March.
Yep, you read that right, March 2017, meaning fans across the world will be able to catch Ed Sheeran playing live VERY soon! When asked when the 'Divide' tour would be kicking off he said: “March. Pretty soon after the album. I don’t know when we’re coming with dates but I know we’re coming with dates soon. I definitely know it’s starts in March, in Europe.”
He also revealed that despite what other musicians say about intimate gigs, you can’t get much better than performing to a stadium full of people. He said: “Wembley Stadium is the most fun I’ve ever had on stage. I just enjoy the bigger gigs.”
Another juicy bit of info Ed unveiled to us is that he would love to collaborate with Beyoncé. I mean, who wouldn’t? He told us: “I’ve done some live stuff with Beyoncé but I’d love to do a song song, like an original song. We did a really cool thing at a Stevie Wonder show and then I went on and sang ‘Drunk In Love’ at her show but that’s it, I’d love to do an original song with her.”
Now that is something we would LOVE to see. Come on guys, make it happen.
