The 2014 Inside Soap Awards nominees havebeen announced and it's all about Hollyoaks this year, who lead the way with a whopping 15 nominations.

EastEnders and Coronation Street cast and crew follow closely behind with 14 and 11 noms respectively, while Emmerdale will have the chance to win 12 awards.

With the four aforementioned soaps battling out in the Best Soap category, many of the cast will be up against their rivals on the night.

Soap newbieDanny Dyer is up for Best Actor, alongside the likes of David Neilson,Kieron Richardsonand Jeff Hordley.

While it comes as no surprise that Danny Mac is nominated for Sexiest Male, no doubt making his fellow nominees, Ben Hardy, Michael Parr and Danny Dyer, shake in their designer boots.

The winners will be revealed at this year's Inside Soap Awards which take place in London on October 1.
