Drake: 'I'm Not Lonely In Real Life, Honest'
Rapper Drakehas revealed that he is unhappy with his reputation for being "emotional" and "lonely".
The hip-hop star has insisted in an interview with CBC that even though he often deals with heartbreak in his music, he's not constantly pining for the love of a good woman.
"I'm so sick of people saying that I'm like lonely and emotional, and associating me with this like longing for a woman," the 26-year-old exclaimed.
"I hate that, it bothers me so much... 'cause I do make music that makes you feel something, but I'm actually not that guy in real life, I'm happy... I'm very excited, my life is constantly exciting it's not some sad depressing story."
And he revealed that he had a very rigid intention for his music.
"As far as the soundscapes go, that's just the music that I chose to make, I make music strictly for the purpose of driving at night time."
