You know that one friend who will always end up in ridiculous situations through no fault of their own? Yep, that's Chloe Ferry.

The one and only Geordie Shore star celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday and she did it in the most Chloe-esque way possible, as boyfriendSam Gowland took her to a safari to see all of the animals she loves so dearly.

It's an adorable idea and totally perfect for her, yet it almost ended in disaster when an innocent selfie brought on an ostrich attack.

The hilarious moment occurred when the couple approached an ostrich as Sam drove through the park, when Chloe told him to stop by it so she could take a photo with it.

As any good partner would, he stopped the car to let the birthday gal get her selfie game on with one of her fave animals but the smiles didn't last long as it quickly rose its head up high towards the window to full on peck her.

We know there's a lot of euphemisms used on Geordie Shore but when we say peck wequite literally mean that the ostrich wanted to headbutt Chloe with its gigantic beak.

Things quickly erupted into chaos as Chloe screamed for her life, yelling at her boyfriend to start driving and get away from the ostrich that clearly didn't take a shine to her.

Unsurprisingly, Sam didn't quite listen to his girlfriend and simply kept videoing her while roaring with laughter as she rolled her windows up in a panic."Sam! Go now!"

Even when they're at a safari on a Friday afternoon, these two find themselves in the most hilarious and entertaining situations, and we're so glad they still want to share it all with us.

Maybe just dinner and drinks next year, eh Chloe?
