Chloe Ferry and Sam Gowland are well and truly on the property ladder, and they've been showing off the progress inside their second home.

The pair have been spending a lot of time at the Newcastle gaff recently, and they hinted that it's Chloe's mam who will be taking up residence there.

"2nd home for my mam," Chloe wrote on Instagram, before taking us around the property.

Aww! Buying your parents a place to live = ultimate daughter/son goals.

"The good thing about this house is literally in the front garden you've got boats coming in," she said.

"It'll be nice when you're sitting there having a coffee seeing a boat come in," she added as she filmed the beauts location.

"So this is mine and Sam's second house," she said before showing off the amazing progress inside the property.

Sam opened up in a sweet Instagram post, revealing he's grateful to be in the position that he is.

"A very proud moment for me and Chlo today at only the age of 23, we went to see our second property getting finished in time for next week ! So lucky to be able to live the life we do ❤️," he wrote.
