Cheryl Hits Back At Nadine Coyle Over Girls Aloud Claims: "She's Full Of S**t"
Cheryl has hit back at Nadine Coyle's claims she made over the Girls Aloud split not being her decision, saying quite simply that she's "full of s**t".
Nadine told fans that she "had no part" in the end of the band last year, and that she was forced to agree to the split just moments before stepping on stage for what would be their final ever show.
"She's full of s**t," Cheryl told Attitude when asked about her former bandmate's claims.
"What d'you want us to say? She's full of s**t. She was the one who wanted to make a solo record. Which is why we took the hiatus.
"She wants to come out and say we broke the band up? No! She shouldn't tell porkie pies. She should remember why we took the hiatus after seven years so she could go and..."
Cheryl continued: "OK, so do you want us to tell the truth? She wasn't going to make another Girls Aloud record until she got a solo deal. I feel she held us to ransom and then made her solo record deal.
"It's the truth. She's saying that we broke the band up. So there you go."
Girls Aloud called it a day in March 2013, after heading out on the road to celebrate 10 years together with a tour.
Cheryl is set to release her fourth solo album Only Human in the UK in just three days, on November 10.
