Kimberley Walsh has congratulated Girls Aloud pal Cheryl Cole on her recent marriage, stating that the Geordie star "deserves happiness".

The singer - who attended Chezza's wedding party in London earlier this week - spoke of her delight for the 31-year old and her new hubby Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in her OK! magazine column.

Walsh wrote: "As you now know, my friend Cheryl has got married to the lovely Jean-Bernard. They called me from the island and I was so happy to hear the news.

"Nobody deserves happiness more than her. They are very happy and just want their private life kept that way.

"He is not in the public eye and has no desire to be, so I just hope people leave them to live their lives now."

[related]Kimberley, who is seven months pregnant, also revealed that she and boyfriend Justin Scott have pick out a few names for their unborn tot, revealing: "Justin and I have the baby names down to three girls and three boys.

"There's been some deliberation and plenty of late nights reading baby books but we're there. We're looking forward to meeting our baby now and I'm sure we'll know which one to choose then."

She concluded: "We're not telling anyone as everyone always has an opinion, and all that matters is that Justin and I love it."
