It's no secret that Charlotte Crosby is almost unrecognisable since she first boundonto our screens on Geordie Shore, having since become quite the fitness fanatic.

But the Newcastle lass has now revealed just how much she's spent on her dramatic makeover, which did not come cheap.

Showing off her new nose for Heat mag, Char explains that she's also had botox and twice-yearly lip fillers, as well as seeing a personal trainer every week.

And the grand total of all of that? £20,150.

But it sounds as though that won't be a yearly occurrence, as she revealsshe's 'done' with going under the knife.

Though of course there are afew exceptions.

"I'll always mess with my lips and have Botox and stuff - that's never going to change - but I don't class that as surgery," she said.

Adding: "I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with the way I look, but I care about it now."

Don't worry though, just because she looks different doesn't mean she's switched personalities.

"I still feel the same, because inside it's still me," Char said. PHEW!
