Chadwick Boseman has revealed how Mick Jagger helped him to get into character and learn his role as the 'Godfather of Soul' James Brown in new flick, Get On Up.

[related]The Rolling Stones star is the film’s executive producer. withthe band even making a cameo as their younger selveshaving previously performed alongside the Man’s Worldsinger.

Speaking to MTV News,the actor -due to play Marvel’s Black Panther -said: “He had advice particularly about performance and being a frontman and some of the things he took from James Brown or he studied when he went to see his shows.”

The film follows Brown’s chaotic life and rise to stardom. I’m The Man singer Aloe Blacc also features in the movie alongside Chadwick.
