Ariana Grande Hints At New Follow Up Album To ‘Sweetener’ And A Combined Tour
It has been less than three months since Ariana Grande let us feel our oats with the feminist-value driven pop album ‘Sweetener’, and quite frankly life hasn’t been the same since.
Now the 'God Is A Woman' singer is hinting at a brand new follow up album and a potential combined tour. Imagine. That’s two albums to feed our souls in one year. What a gift.
Keeping it a bit of a mystery, Ari only let on that the album may drop before the end of 2018, tweeting “hehehe idk” after she saw a fans tweet saying “coming before 2019?”
The album definitely has a title though, and it’s not surprising after Ari let fans know that music fixes everything. She may have been working on this project as a way to cope with her grief.
Previously Ari has been very open about her daily struggles with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorderafter the Manchester terror attack that took place in 2017.
After losing her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller to an apparent overdose and ending her engagement to Pete Davidson, Ari's been focusing on her music.
During her chat with Vogue magazine in the UK’s July edition, Ari reveals that she’s always dealt with anxiety and the disorder has began affecting her more and more as time goes on.
But if you can’t wait to find out what's in store, then luckily for you Ari dropped a teaser for her apparent upcoming song'Needy'.
What do you think Ari’s next album will soundlike? Let us know with a tweet @MTVUK!
