Ariana Grande Announces 2019 European Tour Dates Will Come Soon
Ariana Grande recently announced a break from the music industry, an understandable decision following the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.
The pop superstar put a stop to promotion of her fourth album 'sweetener' and a brief break from social media, while continuing to chat with fans on Twitter to keep them up to date.
After initially saying she doesn’t see a tour in the near future, she has now revealed that a tour is still in the works and will be happening sooner than we think.
Ariana has told fans that she is actively working on North American tour dates - as in they could be announced any day now - while she works on new music, which may or may not be released by the end of the year.
The good news is that we don’t need to worry about being left behind, as she reassured European fans that dates are also being scheduled for Europe, including the UK and Ireland.
"I see a lot of you guys asking will she come to Europe, Italy, etc," a fan site posted, "I think she is but she's doing American dates first then she'll announce the dates outside the US."
Ariana calmed fans down in one simple word: "indeed". So,dates for our neck of the woodswill be announced after the North American leg is, meaning it could be a while awaybut many suspect tickets will be on sale before the year ends.
Tour planning is underway, with the set list already being discussed: “Lots of new material and oldies (the oldies we like)” is what Ari told fans online.
Bad news for any ‘Bang Bang’ fans out there, though, as shetweeted: "i mean unless y’all wanna hear bang bang again."
When fans replied that they'didn't'want to hear it live again, she said "thank god. Can't wait to show this to my team." Poor Jessie J and Nicki!
We definitely didn't expect Ariana to be touring so soon so we cannot wait to see what happens next.
